What PreStock is
PreStock gives every business on Google Maps its own market. A place becomes a token on the Robinhood chain. Anyone can launch that market and anyone can trade it. The person who runs the place can claim it and earn the owner share of every trade.
No IPO. No public stock. Just real businesses onchain. A corner café, a barber, a steakhouse: businesses that would never IPO still get a price the world can see.
How it works
- 1 / 3
A place becomes a market
Every business on Google Maps has a Place ID. Launching creates a token for that place with a fixed supply of 1,000,000 and opens an ETH pool on the Robinhood chain. The place is recorded in the token’s metadata.
- 2 / 3
Anyone can launch it
Search the place or paste its Google Maps link, pick a ticker and, if you like, make the first buy. Launching is free; you pay gas and your own first buy.
- 3 / 3
The owner claims it
The person who runs the place proves it with an email address at the listing’s website domain and connects a wallet. From then on the owner share of every trade’s fee is theirs, including what accrued before the claim.
Markets and fees
Every market has the same shape, so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. With 1,000,000 tokens, the token price and the market cap read as one figure: a token at $1 is a $1M business market.
Markets are plain pools from the first second. There is no bonding curve, no graduation and no migration: the token you buy at launch is the token that trades forever. You trade with ETH; prices, market caps and volumes are shown in USD at the live ETH rate.

Launching a market
- 1
Find the place
Type the business name and city, or paste any Google Maps link: share links, links with a place id, and links copied from the address bar all work. A PreStock token address works too.
- 2
Set it up
Choose a ticker of up to six characters (we suggest one from the name) and, optionally, how much ETH to put into the first buy.
- 3
Launch
Confirm in your wallet. The token deploys, the pool opens and your first buy executes in the same transaction. The market page is live immediately.
Claiming your business
Claiming proves that you run the place and hands you the owner share of its trading fees. Verification is by email only, and only at the domain of the website on the Google Maps listing: if the listing says nusr-et.com.tr, the claim must come from an address at that domain.
- 1
Find your market
Paste the market’s token address or its PreStock link on the claim page. Already on the market page? Use the claim card there. A place without a market has to be launched first.
- 2
Enter your email
Type the part before the @; the domain is fixed to the listing’s website. We send a six-digit code. One code per minute, and it expires after ten.
- 3
Confirm the code
Enter the code. That address is now the verified contact for the market.
- 4
Sign with the owner wallet
Connect the wallet that should receive the owner share and sign a message. We then assign it on chain, the claimed badge appears, and you collect accrued fees from your profile whenever you like.
Trading
Buy with ETH, sell for ETH. The widget on every market page shows what you pay, what you receive, and the minimum you will accept after slippage. Max slippage defaults to 1% and can be set between 0.5% and 5%.
Every trade pays a 1% swap fee inside the pool, always in ETH. 70% of it is the owner share and goes to the claimed owner, or waits for them if the place is not claimed yet. The remaining 30% goes to PreStock: 20% of every fee buys back and burns $STOCK, the PreStock token, and 10% runs the platform. There are no other fees beyond network gas.
- Buy
- ETH in, tokens out, in one transaction
- Sell
- Tokens in, ETH out; the first sell asks for a one-time approval
- Receive at least
- Quote minus your max slippage; the trade reverts below it
- Fees
- 1% swap fee plus network gas
Wallets and network
Any EVM wallet works. Browser wallets such as MetaMask and Rabby are detected automatically, Coinbase Wallet is always offered, and WalletConnect covers mobile wallets. Connecting switches you to the right network; if you are elsewhere the wallet pill shows a warning and a switch button.

Profiles
Every wallet has a public page. Yours is under Profile once you connect; anyone else’s opens from a holder or trade row. A profile lists positions, recent trades, the businesses the wallet has claimed with their unclaimed fees, and the markets it launched. No sign-up, nothing to fill in.
Data and credits
Business names, addresses, categories, ratings, photos and websites come from Google Maps through the Places API. Logos are taken from each business’s own website. The world map is served by OpenFreeMap, © OpenMapTiles, with data from OpenStreetMap contributors. Charts are embedded from GeckoTerminal and the ETH price comes from Coinbase.
